UGPG.online is an information and comparison platform that helps students discover and apply to online programmes offered by accredited Indian universities. We are not a university, college, or education provider, and we do not award degrees, make admission decisions, or guarantee admission, scholarships, fees, or outcomes. Applications and admissions are decided solely by the respective universities.

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Platform with the consent and involvement of a parent or guardian, and you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

Programme details such as fees, eligibility, duration, specialisations, accreditation, ratings, and placement figures are compiled from universities and publicly available sources and are provided for general guidance only. They are indicative, may change without notice, and are not guarantees. Placement and salary figures are based on past cohorts as reported and do not guarantee employment or earnings. Always verify current details, including accreditation status on the official UGC-DEB portal, directly with the university before applying or making any payment.

When you submit an enquiry, you consent to being contacted by UGPG.online and its partners by phone, SMS, email, and WhatsApp, and to your details being shared with universities and counselling partners relevant to your enquiry, as described in our Privacy Policy.

All content on the Platform, other than third-party marks and materials, belongs to UGPG.online or its licensors. University names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and informational purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse our content without permission.

You agree not to:

• Provide false information or impersonate another person;
• Use the Platform for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes;
• Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to the Platform; or
• Scrape, copy, or harvest data except as permitted by law.

The Platform may link to, or facilitate contact with, universities and other third parties. We are not responsible for their content, services, decisions, fees, or conduct, and any dealings you have with them are solely between you and them.

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UGPG.online shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for any decision you make based on information on the Platform, including decisions about admissions, fees, or outcomes.

You agree to indemnify and hold UGPG.online harmless from any claims or losses arising out of your use of the Platform or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
